I am attempting to connect my Sprint Aircard to my laptop and get the following error message: "HKEY_LOCAL_Machine\Software\Classes\Phoenix.Generic.Client\Clsd"......1 person got this answerI do too

Probably a good idea to contact Sprint, they know their software better than we do.
