Hi Abdi,

is this on the frontend or Edge server that is Reporting the error?

If Edge server,please vertify that IP address is correct according to the topology.

Also that certificate has name required to Your environment setup.

request New CA for User and Web

run CA console and ISSUS CA

run topology link 

run CA

reset Computer 

run services
