Hello Alex_PHL,The issue seems to be while trying to eumerate the known folders(e.g. Contacts, Downloads etc) for a particular user. The error is not related to the target device. Can you send the following info:1. run->regedit.exe->Go to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsBackup]-> right click and say "export" and send across the exported file.2. run->regedit.exe->Go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders] -> right click and say "export" and send across the exported file.3. Collectetl files from C:\Windows\Logs\WindowsBackup and zip them and send them across. For the time being, the work around could beto exclude the "Additional locations" from the configuration UI.-- "Change settings"->"Select target"-> "let me choose"-> expand each user's nodes-> exclude "additional locations"->"save settings"."Backup now"Let me know if this worksor if you face any issues. This will exclude the additional locations from backup. To include these folders in backup, likeDownload, Contacts etc. you can add them expliclity by expanding the"Computer" Node in configuration UI and select "C:\Users\<user name>"You can send the above filesto "lokkum"at"microsoft"dot"com".Waiting for your response. For future queries related to backup and restore please post your queries on http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/windowsbackup/threadsThanks,Lokesh
