The way to get rid of a program is touninstall it from Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs.2. Getting rid of a program will not speed up your computer. Having aprogram installed does not slow you down, but running some programsmay slow you down.3. The most likely reason for your computer's being slow is malwareinfection. What anti-virus and anti-spyware programs do you run? Arethey kept up to date?4. Also are you running XP SP3 and have you kept up with allsubsequent updates to it?Ken Blake (MS MVP)
