I have tried both those methods with no luck. I have read several forums and uninstalled, reinstalled, changed permission, ran virus/malwhare scan etc. I don't believe that I made changes but did try a system restore. (no luck)Some of the symtoms I have include email not opening up. I can get to the email but when I click on it, nothing.I have a program called Speccy and when it runs I get "rpc server is unavailable. Can't download most things. I appreciate any help you can give me.
