Epson NX400 printer/scanner disables USB ports when turned on.
When I turn on my Epson NX400 printer/scanner my computer does not recognize my USB ports and I cannot use any of them. When I turn off my printer/scanner, I can use all of my USB ports. My wireless internet gets turned off when I turn on my printer/scanner (and it is still turned off when I turn the printer off). When I have the printer turned off and restart my computer, the internet turns back on.I have called AT&T and Epson and they both say it is not a problem with their products. The Epson tech said it may be a Microsoft problem and may need a patch for this. I have automatic Microsoft XP updates turned on. I have gone to the update site. I cannot find any update that fixes this problem.Thank you in advance
