Retyping...any type of Norton or Windows update takes out my ability to connect to the internet. I've recovered my system 6-8 times and avoided the wireless connection on the printer. This...along with Norton, Toshiba, Epson and ISP customer service...are of no help.

Hi, First, I would like to know whether your machine works fine with a wire connection? Since this problem occurs after installing the printer. I suggest you restore your machine to a previous point, then check the issue again. Also please upgrade the wireless driver.
