Hi, 

I am facing a problem and also I spent many days and night to resolve.

I am working visual studio 2013 visual C# to create mobile apps, the problem is when I run the code I got an error pending an emulator, after searching on net I got the following result 

go to control panel than add / remove  than add the feature Hyper V which is not exist in my control panel.

Notice :   I enable the feature virtualization in  bios.

My question hyper V is ready on win 8.1 pro.

Windows 8.1 single language doesn't support Hyper-v, Pro and enterprise edition is necessary to run hyper-v.
