You need to give the version of Outlook & type of account when posting a question, and then give some detail 'multiple emails' could mean anythingIf you are saying you are receiving duplicate emails, or your send is sending duplicates then;Uninstall your integrated anti virus / internet security program, if using Norton or McAfee use the tool on their sites to completely remove, reboot your PC, reinstall your AV *without* the outlook integrationThen retest.Also check that any auto send/receive is for not less than 10 minutes
