I just noticed when I delete the e-mail on my Blackberry that is what is causing the e-mails to dissapear from my outlook folder. How do I resolve that?

You have to configure both your Blackberry, and Outlook to Leave a copy of messages on the server. On one only, you want to set it to Delete after X days. Long enough for you to access them from both places, but not for weeks or months, which may clog up your server.Where are these settings? I don't know.
