Firstly you should make sure your system is virus free. Make sure you have update Anti-Virus and run full scan with it or try to run full scan with:http://onecare.live.com/site/en-us/default.htmChange password is good idea if there is no Virus. Just keep check your account to make sure it won't happen again.Also check Firewall from Control Panel ->Security Center and make sure it is work fine and also update Windows and install latest service pack if you haven't.
