Most of us receive them all of the time. Why do you think it has anything to do with your computer? Once your email address becomes known by publicising it on the web they start to arrive. That's why you are encouraged to "munge" your address. If it is really happening you need to tighten up your anti-malware arrangements. Tell us what software you are current using?There are many free anti-malware programmes available for a home computer user.
