The Email removed for privacy has been hijacked, messages are being sent in MY name to everyone in my address book. They are asking money in my name. I cannot access my account with my normal password. I have memory problems and cannot remember the secret password information neede to change my password. I have tried to follow your every instruction, however, I am stuck in a loop and can't get a email to reset my password. I donnot remember the original alt email account I gave you and I can't get it entered into the system to get my new password.1 person needs an answerI do too

This also happened to me. I discovered that the hijackers have also edited the profile information so it's not your memory that is at fault-they just changed the choice of questions. I have also followed ALL of the support suggestions to no avail. There must be something that can be done, some back-door technique.My email account is very valuable to me. I am expecting replies. I have that address on all of my resumes-how can I be notified by a prospective employer?My address book contacts are still continuing to receive messages from the hijacker.PLEASE HELP!
