Email Outbox freezes
After initiating a email message and then tabbing on the "Send" button; as programmed the contents of the email move to "Outbox" but remains there.... In other words it doesn't move from "Outbox" to my "Sent Items" folder. However, the message does transmit to addressee(s). What can I do to get system correction? 1 person needs an answerI do too

Hi Chirpa,Are you using Microsoft Outlook or outlook express..The most possible cause is corrupt pst file you will have to use Inbox Repair Tool to scan and repair your pst.Search for scanpst.exe on your c:\ drive --> start scanpst.exe --> select the loaction of your pst file and select scan --> On completion you will get option to repair.To locate your pst : Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Mail -> Data folders.You will have to close your outlook before performing the scan.You may also refer to: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/287497Hope this helps.
