Hi Shim
If you want to send a notification on user entering a criteria based Group or on its removal, then you can achieve this by creating set/s for the same criteria and by applying transition in and out MPRs accordingly. In this way you can get a mail notification triggered to whatever person/DL you want. You can design the mail notification as per the information you want to send.
