Edit Sony CX150 AVCHD/M2TS on iMovie for Burning DVD via iDVD__
Last week is my honeymoon week and I recorded my wedding and honeymoon trip via my newSony HDR-CX150. But to our dismay, when I connect Sony CX150 to my Macbook for some editing on iMovie, I noticed that its generated M2TS files can not be imported. I searched a lot and found that Sony CX150 is incompatible with Mac and some editing software. Fortunately, my friend recommended a program called Aunsoft MTS Converter for Mac which really helps me a lot. This software works perfectly in converting CX150 M2TS files to MOV for iMovie and iDVD. Here I share this software and my experience of burning AVCHD wedding recordings to DVD with the help of Aunsoft MTS Converter for Mac.Below is the detailed guide on how I use this Mac Sony CX150 M2TS to iDVD Converter. For the preparation of this conversion, connect Sony CX150 to Macbook and transfer M2TS wedding recordings to hard drive.Step 1. Load 1080i M2TS video files into this software. I load video files by dragging and dropping files to be converted into this program directly. And on the menu bar, by clicking "Add" button, this importing can be accomplished.I loaded 7 video clips, and by ticking the checkbox of "Merge into one file", these 7 video clips are joined into one easily. Step 2. Choose H.264 MOV as the output video format. Click "Format" option and choose Adobe Premiere/Sony Vegas->MOV (AVC) (*.mov) for converting Sony CX150 to MOV compatible with iDVD.Step 3. Start this conversion from Sony CX150 to MOV for iDVD.Click the big "Convert" button and this best Sony CX150 AVCHD Converter will start this conversion right now.Tips: If you get some 1080i video clips with the interlacing issue, you can go to editing interface by clicking "Editor" button and "Effect" tab. The "Deinterlacing" checkbox will be shown and tick it, interlacing effect will be eliminated by default.Aunsoft.com provides various video and audio conversion programs, like Blu-ray ripper for Mac, Video Converter for Mac and DVD ripper for Mac and ect. These programs deserve a try.1 person needs an answerI do too
