EVENT VIEWER HAS STOPPED WORKING!
My OS is Windows 7 64-bit, 800GB Hard-drive & 2GB RAM at present. I was playing an old game on a CD and then it just crashed. I opened Event Viewer for Troubleshooting and it said check if the event viewer was running.I am totally flabbergasted that this happened because I did read this in on of the forums but, that was for Vista only. Any suggestions would be gratefully received and the one that does work I will respond for your expertise. Thank-You.....

Make sure they’re also running. Please don’t disable any Microsoft service to avoid any problem in future. To Shekhar S, I would like to say thank-you so much for the 100% correct Answer you sent me. I did think I had to do a complete restore with the Installation Disks.
