i am trying to install a recently acquired usb modem, the error coming up after i "finish" installation and try to run the CardManager is: "there is no card, please insert it again." a look up of the system information export reveals the following difference before and after installation: "A service installation section in this INF is invalid."

The device is not compatible with Windows 7.
