Without elaborating here @ the moment it is felt that whilst 'we' get all keen about IT & technology, kibitzing amongst IT Pros (ourselves) that End Users, their needs/wants, understandings, or lack of them, their view & bafflement and how they are mistreated, misguided, misinformed by retail, friends & other sources gets missed & forgotten. So much value in them being easily enlightened & empowered by a little acurate education. If this is found to be thought provocing or gets any response I'll be glad to go into more depth as to what motivates the above comment or its expanded meaning.
