Dell Inspiron with Win XP Home SP3. When I load a cd or dvd in the drive i can hear the drive running but nothing appears on screen except a message saying Error Code 39. I checked in Device Manager and found a yellow exclamation mark against the Drive so i uninstalled and reinstalled drive but it still wont work. Any help would be very welcome.1 person needs an answerI do too
