Hi, The error is detailed here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/aa372835%28v=vs.85%29.aspx Did you try running it from an elevated command line? e.g. browse to CMD, right click-->RunAsAdministrator and paste in the path to the Setup.exe It sounds like your user account without using the elevation does not have permissions to a DLL needed.PLEASE MARK ANY ANSWERS TO HELP OTHERS Blog: rorymon.com Twitter: @Rorymon

Hi, Tried install with administrator priveleges. No joy. Will chase down error code issue. Also tried re-initializing Regsvr32.dll in System32 and SysWOW64 folder. Same result.

Hi, Based on my research, please try the following: 1. Apply this Microsoft Fixit and see how it works. http://support.microsoft.com/mats/Program_Install_and_Uninstall 2. Re-register vbscript.dll. If issue persists, it is recommended to address the issue in Enhanced Mitigation Experience Toolkit (EMET) Support Forum for better assistance.
