ECC/CNG Enrollment with IE and 3rd Party CA
We are attempting to create enrollment web pages for our CA using the ECC algorithms available via the CertEnroll object. We can successfully Initialize and create the ECC request. We retrieve it with the CreateRequest function and submit it to our CA. The scripts are based on http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb545673(VS.85).aspxfor delayed enrollment. The ECC certificate request appears in certmgr properly. The problem we're having is on certificate retreival. We consistenly get an error stating Invalid Parameter 0x80090027 from the InstallResponse function call. What is odd is that this whole sequence works flawlessly for RSA credential generation! Is there a way to determine more specifically what is going wrong? Is there something wrong with the certificate that is cause the Invalid Parameter error? Thanks,Jonathan

Hi Jonathan, This forum is for Windows Vista related issues. For this question, this forum is not the best resource. I think perhaps you should use the MSDN Forum as below. MSDN Forumhttp://forums.microsoft.com/MSDN/default.aspx?siteid=1 Thanks. Sincerely, Yog Li Microsoft Online Community Support
