Dymo Label Barcode cut-off on Windows 8.1

I have a C# program that uses the DYMO.Label.Framework to print a label with barcode Code39 object. The barcode is big enough to hold the data it prints(14chars) and it has never being an issue up to now. The barcode is center aligned and when it prints, it only prints half of the barcode. I tried left alignment but still does not print the last 2 lines of barcode.
I have already tried everything on developers.dymo.com/2014/01/02/windows-8-1-barcodes/ but it still does not work. I also ran the SDK Dymo Label Framework samples with same results.
If I use the Dymo software itself (DLS) to print it, then it works as it should.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Hugo,

What did you change before the issue occured?

Try upgrading DYMO to the latest version 8.5.1 and check if any helps.

Hi Niko,

I did not change anything other than installing my program on Windows 8.1.

I upgraded the DYMO to the latest version with the same results.

Ok, I found out this is an issue with .Net Framework versions after 3.5 and Windows 8.1. I reported to the DYMO SDK team and they confirmed it. They also mentioned that they had reported the issue to Microsoft a while back and perhaps the fix is in 4.6.
