Duplicate Emails in Exchange.
We have developed a problem in the office where everyone seems to be recieving duplicate emails over and over again. We are using SBS2003 with Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2003 clients. I have restarted the server and it's not everyone that seems to have the problem. Exchange uses Pop3 to download from a BT account. Any help will be appreciated. Tony.2 people need an answerI do too

My wife has an iPhone accessing the same pop servers as her Windows 7 system. Duplicates appear in Outlook only, when both are in operation.

Ok so I found my own answer. It appears the Outlook account was corrupt. I changed the account so that it was not included in send/receive. I then created a new account identical to the first and included this in send/receive. When first used, already seen messages remaining on the server did reappear, but after these were deleted - NO MORE DUPLICATES.
