Dual screen issue on reboot
I have an Intel motherboard (graphics on board) using the dvi port for my computer monitor and the hdmi port for a Sony flat screen tv. When I attach the Sony Windows7 bumps my computer monitor to screen 2 and assigns screen 1 to the Sony. Here's the problem. Even if I assign the computer monitor as the "only" monitor to be displayed when I reboot the Window 7 always grabs the Sony (even when it's powered off) monitor and the computer monitor comes up blank. I unplug the Sony. The reboot now sees the computer monitor. Is there any workaround with this issue?

There should be video driver compatibility issues. How does it work if you user another video adapter? If other adapters works well, I suggest you contact the support of the motherboard manufacturer to download the latest video adapter driver. If the latest driver does not work, you may need a Windows 7 compatible video adapter as a final solution.Arthur Xie - MSFT
