we are running ISA 2004 proxy, cannot connect to dropbox through the proxy. we can connect to dropbox directly without using proxy. please advise what configuration shell i make to allow dropbox through our ISA

From Dropbox support:

Unfortunately we are currently incompatible with connections going through ISA server. It utilizes a proxy authentication method called NTLM integrated that our current proxy code does not support

And you may try to install ISA Firewall Client and see if it works.

we have configured anonymous access to dropbox specified port and url. now can synchronize with dropbox

We observed that its communicating on port 17500, so we allowed 17500 port and *.dropbox.com url
