Hi ,

Dropdown contents are not displaying in Windows 8.1 64 bit Operating system. Refer the below screenshot. The same is working in Windows 7. I tried in IE9 mode and compatible settings as well. Please let me know is there any specific hotfix for IE available.

This issue is identified. Drop down works with English-UK keyboard language. But it is not working in English-US

Could you give us a screenshot? What's "drop down"? Did you mean the drop-down list below?

If yes, they all work fine in US keyboard layout.

If the issue is with a drop down list inside of a webpage, I would wonder if the necessary framework is in place for the given menu. Specifically, many drop down menus use Java and I would check first the version of Java installed on each system to determine if the issue resides there. Other frameworks may be involved depending on the website.

You could also try resetting Internet Explorer to see if the issue persists even with default configuration.
