Drive mappings not reconnecting Win 7
Hi , This does not happen all the time but it seems to be intermittently. I mapped a drive through a .bat file and it connected last week. Today I come into work and see that none of my drive mappings are working. I reboot and try to reconnect and get an error message "system error 64 has occured". I am running Alfresco on the server I am mapping to and I am running both Alfresco CIFS and Windows Native Cifs. COuld this be causing the problem? If so is there a way to disable Windows CIFS but still have remote desktop enabled? Thanks,

Hi, System error 64 may be caused by several reasons, they typically occur because of incorrect network adapters, incorrect switch settings, faulty hardware, or driver issues. Some connectivity symptoms are intermittent and do not clearly point to any one of these causes. Microsoft have provided a solution for this error. More information refers below link: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/325487 Also, you can block the ports to disable Windows CIFS.

Hi, Thanks for the response. I fixed the issue. I was running MS Native CIFS along with another application CIFS. I disabled MS native CIFS and it worked. I guess both of the CIFS were conflicting with one another. Thanks again. Jasonjason downtain
