Downloading or installing blocked.
I get a window with the message: "SECURITY ALERT!Your current security settings do not allow this file to be downloaded."A similar message comes when I try to install a driver. I have a new hard-drive in my Dell Inspiron 8600 but these messages didnt appear until later. I have unblocked cookies, reset everything but still no good. Is this an easy fix? The computer is six years old and am running Windows XP.

Restart your PC in safemode with networking (restart and press F8 key repeatedly and chose safemode with networking).Then try to login to:http://onecare.live.com/site/en-us/default.htmAnd run full system scanIf problem still happen restore your PC to time before this problem happen.Also try to contact Dell support for more help.Update Windows too.
