I have a Dell Latitude C840 Laptop 1.8GHZ CPU, 2Gig Ram and 250 Gig HD, On high speed DSL from DSL Extreme my download data rate drops to zero precisly every ten minutes then returns to normal. Is as is the CPU has a High priority task every 10 minutes. Ran norton, Have firewall, running XPPRo, watch Task manager but can not discover what starts every ten minutes......Tried WIFI and the Same It is only Computer on DSLl modem. I am on SP3 and current on updates and Viruses scanning. Is ther a progam that runs every ten minutes? Scheduler say nothing sheduled like that.1 person needs an answerI do too
