Do you allow (have) a Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit Downloadable version avaliable - I see Web sites offering a Downloadable version however if the is NOT authorized by MS I do NOT want to do this. Please let me know ASAP. Also can you provide who is an authorized dealer to sell a downloadable version (Education / Student copy) I have a couple kids in college - also I want to updgrade their system which is currently XP SP3
