So I have this new HP laptop....well its 20 inches in size so i would not call it a laptop. But I had it for the last few months and i spent time installing things and making it more 'my style' kind of thing and when i finished that i started downloading things and i was not able to connect to any seeds or peers, so i went to network sharing and checked everything and it seems to be okay, but when i checked the IPv6 address and status there was no address and status was weak so i pulled out an internet chord thing and i connected it to ethernet 1 port and connected it to my laptop port and the signal changed to local but my downloads are still stuck and move with like 15 or 27 or 71 mb at different random periods. Normal internet works and chatting on msn works, i can send and view my emails but when it downloads its horrible. Any help would be appreciated even if it is not any IPv6 realted help.
