Downgrade from Windows 7 RC1 to Vista - Bitlocked drive not accessable
Hi
I have been running Win 7 RC1 7100 32 bit on my laptop since its release and have found it absolutely brilliant and have had no issued with it whatsoever. Unfortunately I have had to go back to my previous OS, Vista Home Premium because of the RC1 trial expiring soon. (I have not yet purchased my new copy of Windows 7 Home Premium).
I had a C and D partition setup under WIn 7 RC1, with D used for storing personal data. I used Bitlocker the lock this partition. I preparation for removing RC1 this weekend I moved all my other documents and downloads from the Libraries under C to the D partition with a view of accessing them later and moving them back to C when Vista was back up and running.
But when I tried to access the D drive under Vista it prompts me to format this drive. When I looked under Administrative Tools - Disk Management it says that the D partition is secured by Bitlocker.
How can I access my data on the D partition? I have a fair amount of photos on the D drive which I still need!
I thought of downloading Win 7 RC1 again to install it so I can have access to the Bitlocker tool but I can not find it on the Net.
Please any help would be appreciated.
