Don't have permission?
When running a graphic program like Neat Image, or "probably" Photoshop (haven't tried it yet), and I go to File > open, when I go to documents and double click on Pictures, it says I don't have permission...Matter of fact, on two of my Vista running computers, I can't seem to follow those links, even in Windows Explorer.. What's going on?

Doesn't work, it still denies me permission. My user account does have administrator permissions also, however..

I am moving your question to the security forum, they should be able to provide more guidance. ~Elizabeth Ross - MSFT

There are a few posibilities, but two of the most likely are: 1. The NTFS permissions could be set so that your Vista account is not recognized as having permission to access the files. 2. EFS could be in use. Could you provide the exact error message?
