I have a problem with Windows 8.0 Enterprise and the user logon process. Domain users are logging on, but they only get the Welcome message and a waiting animation and that`s it. It spins like that forever.
The Servicedesk then has to reboot, login with their admin user and then proceed to delete user`s local profile. Domain user then logs in again with no problems.
No Microsoft account is used. There is System Center 2012 Endpoint Protection antivirus. Skydrive is not in use. The standard Windows Store apps are installed. Servicedesk reports that the issue is occuring mostly around the time the users have to change passwords. They usually change passwords in the Xenapp 6.5 environment.
I`ve been told the biggest problem is at the Customer Service Center where alot of users share a pool of PCs.
Any ideas that can narrow this down a bit?
