Domain drop down menu
In XP when you were logging into a domain computer, there was a drop down box to allow you to choose your domain. Either this computer or the joined domain. Is there a way to get that drop down box in Windows 7? I can see this current system being all kinds of trouble for my organization. thanks for all and any comments or suggestions. WD

Hi, The domain drop down menu has been removed since Windows Vista due to security consideration. I understand it is inconvenience for some domain user to remember the domain names. Currently, we need to type ComputerName\UserName or DomainName\UserName to log into the local computer or the domain. Based on the current situation, I will send your feature request to Microsoft and hope this feature will be added again with a new service pack or a new Windows version in the near feature.
