Domain admin limited to User rights
I have I have an XP Pro setup on a workstation that is giving me a problem. If I do a domain logon with the domain administrator credentials, I'm unable to do anything other than what a user can do. For some reason, the domain GPO for users seems to be applied to the administrator account on that machine. I have plenty of others where the domain admin has full rights. I need to resolve this since i want this to be my "template" machine that I will use to clone other desktops. I've removed it from the domain and added it bask with no luck. As far as I can tell, the administrator account should have full rights. I'd appreciate any thoughts on what to do. TIA. -- Regards, Hank Arnold Microsoft MVP Windows Server - Directory Services http://it.toolbox.com/blogs/personal-pc-assistant/Regards, Hank Arnold (MVP - DS)1 person needs an answerI do too
