Check the DNS ip address entries on the client, make sure they match your domain controller(s) ip addresses, might want to verify this by doing a ping against the domain controlers. Check if your domain contollers are online and replicating correctly (run dcdiag & other AD admin tools).

After you check your client DNS settings (they should point to your internal DNS servers hosting the AD zone), try using the fully qualified name (FQDN) of the domain, such as mirth.com, or whatever your domain is called. If you simply type MIRTH, the computer will attempt to resolve this NetBIOS name. "Mirth" on its own is not a FQDN. If you choose to use NetBIOS names, you'll need your clients to be able to resolve them using NetBIOS name resolution options (broadcast, LMHOSTS file, WINS server).Visit: anITKB.com, an IT Knowledge Base.
