Domain Lockout
I have one PC using windows 7 Enterprise that has apparently stored my username and password so after changing my password I have been locked out of the domain several times a day. I removed all the mapped drives, removed my account and all the profile info as well as a local account that I used to set the PC up where I might have used my domain user to access something from one of our servers. I have confirmed which PC is locking me out and have logged everything to see what process or application is causing the lockouts. I have not gotten an event that would suggest what is the root cause. I did add back the mapped drives when logged in as the actual PC user. I also tried mapping to the IP address. I cleared every cache for DNS, network and Kerberos. I also got rid of any stored passwords in IE. Forsed GP update. Took the computer out of the domain and after a rebot added it back to the domain. Ran several virus scans as well as registry cleaners. I also looked in the credentials and found none. I also scanned the registry for my user name and found nothing except when I get locked out and it creats an event usually associated to lsass.exe or lsa. Is there a way to wipe all credentials that might be stored on the PC?
