Does Windows Remove Old icons from the notification area over time? does windows clean notification area itself?

if not, i recommend to add it to Windows Maintenance, after Maintenance, next day when u turn on ur PC u just notice that icons of uninstalled programs are gone from notification area, or add a manual delete option, so u can delete them like objects in win7 start menu, it can be even like this, u open notification area then right click on icon  & chose delete
