I purchased windows 7 pro over the internet from Microsoft and downloaded and installed the program. I also ordered a backup copy of the program. I just tried to install the program using the backup disk and it said I had the wrong product code. I rechecked the email that gave me the product code and that was what I used to install the program the first time. I thought the backup disk would have the same product code....didn't look real hard at the packaging but did keep the official MS sticker. Does anyone know if their backup disks have a different product code from the one that I put in the downloaded copy. Thanks
