I'm building a I2C test drive(SPBtesttool, test signed only) and intend to inject it into WinPE 10 64bit. However I found it doesn't work(as the picture)

Is there any idea to let it work correctly under WinPE 10 64bit? Or the best way is to get WHQL? Thanks your

As I am concerned, Windows PE 64 bits support test signed. By the error the device has the following problem: 52, we could refer to the following link:

You can't use BCDEdit to run those commands from within WinPE because they do not take effect until restart. And since WinPE is running in RAMdisk, a restart will clear any changes you made.

So the error you are getting there indicates you are not using a BCD to boot your WinPE. Try looking for method to boot WinPE off hard-disk, then maybe you can have a BCD.
