As it says, on the official website http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb897445 Runs on: Client: Windows XP (32-bit) Server: Windows Server 2003 (32-bit) "Everything we do is dictated by motive."

That wasn't totally clear, as it also says "It runs on Windows NT 4 and higher" in the text. -Noel
