Does Remote Assistance require admin privileges?
Is it so thatrunningRemote Assistance requires administrator privileges? I'm trying to send an invitation from a session as a normal user, but trying to send an invitation fails, regardless of the chosen option. However, it works when runningRemote Assistance as Administrator. Is this the way it should work? I really think that people who needs assistance, are those that are not administrators, or?regards,Staffan

Hi, Do you launch Remote Assistance via Windows Live Messenger? If so, we do not need to logon with administrator accounts. However, some programs, especially anti-virus may block standard users to send invitation.Arthur Xie - MSFT
