Does Microsoft Security Essentials completely supersede Windows Defender?
I'm simply trying to get a question posted. It keeps telling me "Body must be 4 to 60000 characters long." Rob Brennan1 person needs an answerI do too

The error message means exactly what it says: you must put something in the message body that is at least 4 characters long. Yes, MSE completley supersedes Windows Defender. Windows Defender is only an antimalware scanner; it doesn't have an antivirus component. MSE has both and will disable Windows Defender by design.
