According to the information "1 Processor(s) Installed. [01]: CPU 0 GenuineIntel ~2394 Mhz" which means you just have one physical processor installed on your computer. Why not check the System Information, it will report your current system information, you can click "Start", type "MSINFO32" in the Search Bar and press Enter to start the System Information. Now, you should be able to see your processor information. Good luck.John

John is correct. It is not an issue. The report means you have 1 physical processor (but 4 logical processors). You can go to Task Manager. On Performance tab, you should find 4 boxes in CPU usage line. Start Resource Monitor, in CPU tab you should also find 4 CPU recording.
