Is it illegal to sell a laptop with Windows 8 developer preview installed?

Hello phound, To know if it is illegal you should read the license agreement when installing Windows 8 Developer Preview. Personally I do not think it is illegal because you are not selling their operating system but your laptop. To be certain all the way, you should format your hard disk and later on install the Windows 8 Developer Preview as a service (of course you can include your working hours in the price of the laptop!).
