Hi, I have not been able to defrag my new laptop from the I received it (4days ago).. The software works, and when I say analyse or defragment the %of completion is shown but the report never comes.. I can never see how much fragmentation there is on the hard drive.. I never get a report after analysing or defragmenting..Any assistance is greatly appreciated..1 person needs an answerI do too

Type Disk Defragmenter in the Search box above the Start button and press ENTER. What do you see?When is Disk Defragmenter next scheduled to run? When was it last run and what was the % fragmentation?Hope this helps, Gerry Cornell
