Disk Defragmenter appears to run correctly, but disk usage before and after remain the same graphic.  And there is a significant amount of RED or "fragmented files" in the graphic display.

Hi theretry scheduling check disk at next startup. Here is how you do it.Go to run, type cmd and hit enter. Now type this commant without cotes "chkdsk c: /r" and hit enter. It displays the following message"The type of the file system is NTFS.Cannot lock current drive.Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by anotherprocess. Would you like to schedule this volume to bechecked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N)" Now say Y and restart your machine.Note I've mentioned C: in the command to defragment C drive.. if you want to defrag other drive change letter and type the command.ThanksDineshRegards Dinesh
