My system is old but I haven't had trouble with it running this slow. I've tried to defrag my system but it gives me a msg that Chkdsk is scheduled to run on volume C. Run Chkdsk/f. I do not know how to do this. Also, when attempting to run my updates my system will not accept them giving me a msg that Service Pack 3 is denied. I have attempted to install SP3 thru microsoft but my computer continues to give me the same msg. How can I override the system to allow the SP3 to be installed so I can install the updates to my computer?1 person needs an answerI do too
